Wellbrook Therapy Services may use text messaging and emails to schedule appointments. Text messages and emails should not be used in emergency situations, but only for scheduling of appointments. Your personal email and cell phone number will not be shared with any third party, for any reason. To no longer receive emails or texts, please let your provider know, or respond to the email or text by replying “unsubscribe.” Standard text messages will apply, and the frequency of texts and emails may vary.
It isn't uncommon to wonder what can be done to promote a private connection and space for your therapy sessions.
Wellbrook Therapy Services uses two platforms for its virtual therapy sessions, Webex Meetings and Doxyme. Both of these platforms are HIPAA compliant and encrypted.
You can also promote privacy on your end by always being in a private space for your sessions, in a location where no one can hear you or your provider.
Sharing of Personal Information:
We do not share, sell, or disclose your personal information or mobile opt-in data to third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law. Your information is kept confidential and used solely for the purposes you have agreed to. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with third parties. Text messaging opt-in data is not being shared with third parties.
Opting Out of Text Messages:
You have the right to opt out of receiving text messages from Wellbrook Therapy Services at any time. To opt-out, you can reply "STOP" to any text message you receive from us.
Consent and Opt-In:
By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in this policy. We ensure that your consent is obtained explicitly and that you are informed about the types of messages you will receive.
